3 tbspLemon Pepper seasoning

Preheat oven to 375°.

Line a baking pan with aluminum foil.

Wash chicken in cold water.

Beat the eggs in a bowl.

In a separate bowl, mix the flour and lemon pepper seasoning.

Dip the chicken in egg then flour mixture.

Repeat for each piece.

Bake in oven at 350° for approximately 1 hour turning chicken halfway through cooking time.

NOTE: Oven tempts vary so you may have to adjust timing.
