Ingredients

  • 1 cuptoor dal split peas , yellow
  • 1 tspSambhar masala
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1/4 cupmelted ghee or butter
  • 3 cupwater
  • 1 tspgranulated garlic powder
  • 1/4 cupgrated parmesan cheese

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat pan add ghee

  2. 2

    Add your peas let it cook till turning darker yellow

    Add 1 cup of water stir well

  4. 4

    After water is absorbed add 2nd cup add spices

    After water is gone aadd 3rd add cheese water bring to boil cover turn off heat keep covered

  6. 6

    After 10 minutes stir and serve
