Ingredients

2 hrs
for 2 people
  • 250 gmBoneless chicken breast whole
  • 1 tbspLemon juice
  • Chili powder a pinch or as per your taste
  • 20 gmGinger garlic paste
  • 10-12 tbspCorn flour
  • 5-6 tbspAll purpose flour
  • Salt as per taste
  • Refine oil for deep fry

Steps

2 hrs
  1. 1

    Take a whole chicken boneless breast in a bowl.

  2. 2

    Add salt,chili powder,ginger garlic paste,lemon juice.

  3. 3

    Then cut the chicken breast into finger shape with help of a knife leave it for 2 hrs.

  4. 4

    In another deep bowl take corn flour, all purpose flour, salt mix it with the help of water.

  5. 5

    Then take the chicken for dip it in the batter.

  6. 6

    Take a kadai pore oil let it heat

  7. 7

    Then put the chicken in oil

  8. 8

    Cook until golden brown

  9. 9

    Serve hot with tomato sauce
