Steps

Wash and cut apples in half.

Core apples with a Braum's style ice cream scoop making a circle.

Rub cut surface of apple lightly with lemon juice. ( To keep apple from browning.)

Add fillings in thin layers .. Mix and match. Have fun with it. :-)

Refrigerate until fillings have set as best as possible.

Cut apples halves into quarters.

Add a toothpick into one side of apple quarter. You can also add to both sides and cut filled apple quarter in half to make smaller pieces.
