Ingredients

  1. 2 litrefresh cream
  2. 1 kg (200 gm)sugar
  3. 1 kg (200 gm)Liquid glucose
  4. 3 kgshreaded cocount

Steps

  1. 1

    First Boil freshcream, Sugar, Liquid gulcose

  2. 2

    After sugar and glucose well melted the add coconut set in tray keep in freezer for 4hour after demould pour chocolate sauce at the top after chocolate set well and ready to serve
