Ingredients

  1. 1 cupginger root (it can be quite difficult to determine how much ginger you need to make 1 cup of grated ginger, buy about 200 grams)
  2. 1 cuphoney
  3. Pine nuts for garnish
  4. cold tea
  5. Cold water
  6. Ice cubes
  7. hot tea
  8. hot water

Steps

  1. 1

    Take the ginger and peel it so none of the skin is left. Wash well.

  2. 2

    Grate the peeled ginger until you have 1 cup. Put the grated ginger into a bowl.

  3. 3

    Add the honey to the grated ginger and mix well.

  4. 4

    Put into a jar for future use. You can decorate it and give it as a gift.

  5. 5

    To make the tea, put 3-4 teaspoons of the mixture into your glass/mug depending on the size of the container.

  6. 6

    To make hot tea, add the hot water. To make cold tea, add the cold water and ice cubes.

  7. 7

    Garnish with pine nuts and you're done!
