In a large sausepan, bring 1" of water, cauliflower & salt to a boil. Reduce heat and cook 5-15 minutes. Or until cauliflower is crisp- tender.

Meanwhile in a small sausepan melt butter. ; stir in flour & thyme until blended. Gradually add milk.Bring to a boil. Cook and stir 2 min.or until thickened. Reduce heat; add cheese . Stirring until melted.

Drain and pat cauliflower dry. Place on serving plate. Top with cheese sause.Sprinkle with parsley & paprika. Cut into wedges.
