Ingredients

  • 1 cancondensed milk
  • 2 tspcinnamon
  • 1 tspVanila extract
  • 3 tbspUnsalted butter
  • 2 1/2 cupSemi Sweet choc morsals

    1. Into a glass bowl put milk,cinnamon, vanilla,butter, and choc morsals.

  2. 2

    Put the glass bowl over a sauspan of water and heat to melt chocolate, stirring often.(med heat)

  3. 3

    Line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper.

  4. 4

    Pour mixture into lined pan once chocolate has melted.

  5. 5

    Sprinkle the top of fudge lightly with kosher salt. This sounds weird but the salt tickles the taste buds and really brings out the taste of the fudge.
