I tried this in an italian restaurant and after many attempts this is what I came up with. All of my boys loved it. My son the chief has this on his menu

Ingredients

6 servings
  1. 3 1/2split chicken breast
  2. 1 dashmrs dash lemon and herb
  3. 1 lbbacon
  4. 3 largeroma tomatoes chopped
  5. 1/4 cupflour
  6. 2 cupmilk or 1/2 &1/2
  7. 1 dashlemon pepper
  8. 1 tbsplemon juice
  9. 1 tbspolive oil
  10. 1/4 cupbasil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Split chicken breast sprinkle with Mrs Dash put in pan with Olive oil sprinkle other side.

    Fry up bacon set aside. When cool crumble.

    In a separate pan add 2 tablespoons of butter and a little bit of flour and make a roux. Add lemon juice lemon pepper and basil. Let simmer if it gets to thick and more milk.

    Add bacon tomatoes and chicken breast simmer for an extra 10 minutes

I love to cook and have enjoyed it most of my life. I have tried to get all of my children into the kitchen at an early age around 5 or 6. I guess it worked as my youngest is a chief at a country club and in culinary school. It's really nice to have him use some of my old recipes at c.c.
