Scallops with Cheesy Panko

I ate something similar to this in a restaurant. It was tasty, so I tried to recreate the dish. My family loved it. Ten scallops just weren't enough ^^
If you don't have any grated cheese, shred up a cheese slice, mix it with the egg and then coat with panko.
The scallops are sashimi grade, so you don't need to cook them right through. Recipe by Kyocchin
