Defrost shrimp

Whisk eggs in a bowl and set aside

Put flour and small amount of salt in a bowl and mix

Heat cooking oil to a medium heat.

Dip defrosted shrimp in egg and then in flour, place on paper towel and repeat until all shrimp is coated.

Place coated shrimp in hot oil n fry until just crispy (a light golden color)

Remove from oil n place onto new paper towel n sprinkle with salt.

Serve with lemon squeezed on top.
