Ingredients

  1. 8 ozflour sticks (noodles)
  2. 1 cupchopped broccoli
  3. 2eggs
  4. 2 lbchicken (diced) or shrimp
  5. 1diced bell pepper
  6. 1onion, chopped
  7. 1/2 cupchopped peanuts
  8. sauce
  9. 6 tbspsugar
  10. 2 tbspapple cider vinegar
  11. 4 smallfish sauce
  12. 1 tbspsirracha

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil 8 cups water and take off the heat

  2. 2

    Put flour sticks and broccoli in the hot water and soak for 3-5 minutes. Strain and set aside.

  3. 3

    Scramble the eggs and set aside

  4. 4

    Sauté the meat with 2 tbsp oil until done and set aside

  5. 5

    Add 1tbsp oil to same pan and sauté onions, garlic and pepper for 5 mins.

  6. 6

    Add the noodles, broccoli, and eggs to the pan and cook for another 3 mins on high heat, stir frequently.

  7. 7

    Remove noodles from heat and toss in sauce.

  8. 8

    Serve noodles with peanuts sprinkled on top.
