Ingredients

6 servings
  • 1 lbVelveeta, cubed
  • 1/2 cupmilk
  • 1/4to 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsppaprika
  • 1/2 cupchopped red bell pepper
  • 2 tbspminced fresh parsley
  • 1meat of 1 boiled lobster tail, shredded

Steps

  1. 1

    Combine all ingredients except the red pepper and parsley in a saucepan.

  2. 2

    Heat over medium low heat, stirring constantly, until the cheese has melted.

  3. 3

    When ready to serve, garnish with the red pepper and parsley.

  4. 4

    *This can be served in a warm and crispy hollowed out sourdough bread bowl if desired.*

Some of my favorite things are family, friends, my pets, cooking, baking, football (Badger & Packer), Brewer baseball, college basketball, car racing, thrift stores, volunteering, and rummage sales. I have a 9 year old rescue dog, and 7 birds ( 6 are rescue) and they range in age from 1 year to over 19 years old. I volunteer for a dog rescue and a shelter, as well as other festivals and organizations.
