2 tbsplard or oil
1large onion
2 cupcelery, chopped
2 cupchopped carrots
1 lbham, chopped
1large chopped Summer Squash
8 cupbroth
1 headlarge Cheddar Cauliflower, chopped
1salt and pepper
2 tbspmixed herbs
8 ozshredded cheese

Steps

Sauté onions, carrots and celery in the fat.

Had the Summer Squash and ham. And cook until hot.

Add the the broth and cauliflower plus the seasonings. Cook until the cauliflower is done.

Add the cheese and stir until the cheese blended in.
