16 slicegood quality bacon
1/2 tspolive oil
8 flour tortillas
mayonnaise
8 piecekale
3small-medium tomatoes
slices of avocado (optional)
Cojita or Feta cheese (optional)

Cook bacon to desired crispness

Oil a skillet and brown the tortillas over medium high heat

Spread mayonnaise in the center of the tortillas

Place kale, bacon and then the tomatoes on the tortillas.

Optional - Place avocado slices and/or cheese on top
