Ingredients

  • 16 slicegood quality bacon
  • 1/2 tspolive oil
  • 8 flour tortillas
  • mayonnaise
  • 8 piecekale
  • 3small-medium tomatoes
  • slices of avocado (optional)
  • Cojita or Feta cheese (optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    Cook bacon to desired crispness

  2. 2

    Oil a skillet and brown the tortillas over medium high heat

    Spread mayonnaise in the center of the tortillas

    Place kale, bacon and then the tomatoes on the tortillas.
