Steps

First grind in the mixture peas,coriander leaves and green chilli.

Put it in the bowl and add salt,red chilli,garam madala, besan and cooking soda.

Mix it with hands as well.make balls or kofta with mixture.

Put oil in the kadai and make hot on the gas.

All koftas fry on medium flame untill the brown.

Put a pan on the gas and add two spoon oil and crakel jeera then add garlic onion paste and saute as well.

Add salt and add all masala and stir as well.

Now add tomato puri and saute as well again.

Add water and boil it for ten minutes.

Add koftas of serving time and garnish with paneer or coriander leaves.

Enjoy with chapati.
