Steps

Boil potatoes and mash them and add all spices salt red chilli and amchur.

Now cut the bread in round shape with the help of bowl and add this.

Now curd with tadka of mustard seeds.

Now take a non stick pan and toast it in the side of potato and opposite side curd.

Now the curd will absorve the bread....bread idli is ready to eat..
