Well it started out with a regular brownie totally thought raisins would clash but turns out it's a hit! But if you choose just leave out the raisins and coffee if you wish it's the same recipe, delicious.

1 1/2 cupgranulated sugar
3/4 cupunsweetened cocoa powder
1 cupunsalted butter
3 tbspespresso coffee
2Large eggs
1 tbspVanilla extract
1 cupUnbleached Bread flour
1/2 tspBaking powder
1/2 tspSea salt ground fine
1 cupRaisinets

Preheat oven to 350°F

In large bowl mix sugar, softened butter and cocoa powder until smooth

Add eggs and coffee mix until smooth

In another bowl mix flour baking powder and salt evenly
5

Add all dry ingredients to the mix until smooth
6

Add raisins just mix for a minute or so and pour into 9 by 9 greased pan

Place on center rack in oven and bake 20 to 25 minutes or until Center is not gooey, check with toothpick

Remove from oven let stand so cool enough to remove from pan top with ice cream and enjoy. (Rocky road ice cream)

i have been making all manner of concoctions and been looking up bread flour recipes as have lots of it thanks to silly panic buy parents, whilst i can bake a lot of bread i was trying to find other things. if i were 2 take out the raisins and espresso powder would u suggest increasing flour or not? just thought its quite an amount of dried powder to just remove without replacing elsewhere? correct me if im wrong please these look yummy x
