Line 8-inch square baking pan with plastic wrap. Coat with cooking spray

In food processor combine flax seeds, chia, oats, cashews, sunflower seeds, cherries, dates, cinnamon, coconut, protein powder, cocoa powder, honey, and salt. Process for about 1 min, or until nuts and fruit are broken into small pieces and mixture starts to move around the blade in a mass.

Scrape mix into the pan and press hard into pan. Refrigerate 15 mins before cutting into 16 bars. Keep in fridge.
