Steps

Break bhakri into several pieces and put it in to mixer. Then add coriander, green chillies, curry leaves, garlic in it and make coarse but not chunky mixture.

Now heat ghee and add jeera, hing and turmeric and add onion in it. Cook it till it become brown.

Now add coarse mixture in it and add salt and mix it. Sprinkle little water and let it cook for 4-5 mins. And serve it.
