Rinse beetroot and boil for an hour

Once it's cooked then you can grate it and place it in a bowl

Then chop the onion and also add it to the beetroot, sprinkle sugar to taste.

Pour vinegar and mix the beetroot and it's tasty and delicious it can be served with any meals.
