1/2 cupSemolina -
1/2 tspBaking powder -
1 cupWater -
to tasteSalt -
Toppings
1Chopped onion -
1Chopped tomato de seeded -
2Chopped green chillies -
Chopped coriander leaves - 1 tsp

Grind the oats and make a powder.

In a bowl mix oats powder,semolina,salt,baking powder and water. To make a smooth batter.

Heat non stick pan and oil it a little and spread the batter of uttapam and put the topping in it.

Flip it.

Serve with ketchup.
