  3. 4tomatoes
  4. 1onions
  5. 4 tablespoonoil
  6. to tasteSalt

    Chop the meat and put to boil to soft and tender

  2. 2

    Drain water and add oil stir. Add onions and fry to brown

  3. 3

    Put tomatoes and crash to form paste

  4. 4

    Add salt and royco stir

  5. 5

    Serve hot with rice
