Vaatane keep in water for at least 4 to 5 hour & than boiled along with potatoes.mix in that salt & turmeric powder.

Khajoor & chinch keep in water.& Than both the things crush in mixer.add Jogerry with pinch of black salt.& boiled it.

Pudina, Kothimbir, chillies crush in mixer well.mixed with Jaljeera powder &jeera powder mixed some cold water in it.
