Cran-Brie Baguette

I still had a jar of cranberry sauce (jelly) in the fridge from Christmas. Brie is a fantastic partner for the sweet tanginess of cranberry: it is a creamy cheese from France with a mushroomy coating of edible mold round the outside. I love it, but some people have to remove it.

I felt that the bread that I often buy at a bakery in Ebisu could use an extra touch, so I came up with one that has a more satisfactory filling.I love the combination of chocolate and orange in cakes, so this is one of my favorites.-Everything I've instructed in the recipe are hints. Be sure to carefully follow each step.-It's important to know your oven well, adjust the baking temperature with an oven thermometer, and allow create plenty of steam for the first 10 minutes of baking. Easy French Toast with Baguettes Easy French Toast with Baguettes
I wanted to eat French toast as an afternoon snack. If you use free-range, organically grown eggs, the yolks will be rich and you can really enjoy their flavor. I recommend eating free-range eggs.Ideally, soak the bread in the liquid for at least 1 hour, but you can speed the process by pressing down with a spatula. When frying the bread, don't turn it over several times. Fry it patiently over low heat as if you were steaming it, and it will be delicious. For 2 servings.
