I still had a jar of cranberry sauce (jelly) in the fridge from Christmas. Brie is a fantastic partner for the sweet tanginess of cranberry: it is a creamy cheese from France with a mushroomy coating of edible mold round the outside. I love it, but some people have to remove it.
