Ingredients

1 cupVegetable oil
5 cloveGarlic
1 tspSalt
1 tspDry mustard
2 tbspWhite vinegar
1 eachEgg

Cooking Instructions

10 mins

Add the egg،vinegar, mustard, salt and oil in a mixer
2

Give it a mix until it becomes Mayo at this stage you could always use it because it is mayonnaise
3

Add 4 cloves of garlic and give it a good mix at this stage you can taste it if you wanted to be more garlicky you could always add more garlic
4

Store it in a jar and place it in the cooler , it is good for only a week
