Ingredients

  1. 7 ounces (200 grams)chickpea flour
  2. 3 cups (700 ml)water
  3. 1 pinchsalt
  4. as neededOlive oil,

Steps

    Whisk the chickpea flour into the salted water until fully dissolved.

  2. 2

    Preheat the oven to a high temperature.

  3. 3

    Grease a baking pan (copper is best, if you have it) with a little olive oil.

  4. 4

    Pour the batter into the shallow pan and place in the oven.

  5. 5

    The flatbread is ready when a light crust forms on top. With time, you'll learn the best quantities and temperatures, as these can vary depending on the weather!
