Place the potatoes in a sauce pan and cover with water. Bring to a boil.

Simmer 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Drain.

Meanwhile, cook bacon and crumble

Add cheese and milk. Mash.

Add onion, sour cream salt, pepper and bacon. Stir until combined.
