Refreshing Mango Panna

Steps

Cut the leaf end of the raw mangoes and boil them in potable water upto 2 whistles of pressure cooker. If you do not have pressure cooker, boil till the mangoes are soft.

Allow it to cool.

Deskin the mangoes and squeeze the pulp into the boiled water itself.

Mix it well and then strain it.

Add sugar, salt, rock salt and cumin powder.

Just before serving, fill 1/4 of the glass with that pulp and upto 1/2 with chilled water. Add ice cubes as per your liking.

You may top it with mint leaves as per your liking.

Note: In case you want to store it, add only sugar to the pulp and keep it in the refrigerator. Before serving add the rest of the ingredients.
