1 lbpork sausage
1/4thinly chopped green or red pepper
1/4 cupchopped green onion
8 ozsoftened cream cheese
1 cupshredded cheddar cheese (can use pepper jack)
2 cupbisquick mix
4 tbspbrown sugar

Roll into 1 inch balls and place on a oiled cookie sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through
