In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients. Press evenly in the bottom and up the sides of a 9 inch pie plate. Keep in the freezer while making filling.

In a large bowl, pour boiling water over gelatin and stay until gelatin dissolves. Cool to lukewarm. This will take 10 minutes.

Blend in all-purpose cream and fold in strawberries, be careful not to crush strawberries. Pour into crust. Refrigerate for 2 hours until set. If desired, garnished with fresh strawberries and whipped cream before serving.
