    Firstly deseed the date and soak it in water/milk (Lukewarm if you want immediately ready)

    Now grind the soak date make pulpy

  3. 3

    Serve it.

    Now add milk and ice cube blend it.

  5. 5

    Jhatpat and easy to make healthy shake
