Ingredients

1 kgRice
Fried fish
Red oil 2cooking spoon
leafScent
Kpomo(cow skin)
cubeSalt and maggi
Crayfish
Fresh pepper

Steps

1

Perboil and wash the rice to reduce starch
2

Pour in the already perboiled rice into a pot and add the red oul
3

Add 1 cup of hot water, pounded pepper and crayfish
4

Add salt and dried fish
5

Add onions, maggi seasoning and stir. Cover and alow to cook
6

Taste after the water has dried if the rice Is now tender.

If tender, serve.
