Fried rice, moi-moi and chicken

Chicken was washed and then boiled with seasoning (salt, 1 chicken cube, curry and thyme) for about 20-25 to get chicken stock and put aside for a while.

Carrot, green pepper, and bell pepper were chopped in bits and kept aside after they must have been properly washed.

Rice was washed and let drain in a sieve. After all that let the cooking begin.

Rinse your pot and keep on heat to dry. Add your butter to melt and oil. After that add your curry and thyme and allow to fry for a while.

After that must have finished, add your chicken stock and let it boil. Then pour more water which you think will be enough to cook your rice.

When the water boils, taste and more seasonings if needed because the stock contains them too. After that add your rice and let it boil for about 30mins(depending on the type of rice you have).

When the rice is almost done, add your already chopped carrot, bell pepper, green pepper, canned green peas and sweet corn.

Let the condiments cook with rice then keep checking in about 5-7mins. By then your rice should be ready.

Your already fried chicken will be served with your fried rice coupled with moi-moi as preffered. Enjoy your meal.
