Ingredients

  • 2big already fried fish
  • 1 cupcoconut milk
  • Cooking oil
  • 3tomatoes
  • 1onion
  • 1 pinchsalt

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Fry the onions with cooking oil till golden brown

  2. 2

    Followed by adding tomatoes

  3. 3

    Once the tomatoes have cooked, add half cup of water.

  4. 4

    Put in the fish then add the coconut milk.

  5. 5

    Add salt and cover

  6. 6

    Heat till the soup turns creamy.

  7. 7

    Serve
