Ingredients

10 servings
  • 5 largechicken breasts, boneless and skinless
  • 1 cupcashew halves and pieces
  • 1/3 tspcayenne pepper
  • 1/4 tspsalt
  • 1/3 cuphoney
  • 1nonstick spray

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven 400° Fahrenheit

  2. 2

    Slice breast in half lengthwise salt them put onto a pan sprayed with nonstick spray.

  3. 3

    Add cayenne pepper, cashews, and drizzle honey over the top of each.

    Put into oven 40 minutes or till done. Its according to how thick the chicken breast are.
