Ingredients: 14 oz salmon boneless skinless I used out of can; 3 large eggs 2 tablespoons of water beaten together; 2 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs; 1/4 cup olive oil; 1 tsp granulated garlic powder; 1/2 onion chopped; 2 tsp paprika; 1/2 tsp ground black pepper; 1/2 tsp salt; 1 tsp onion powder; 1 mustard oil to pan fry heat oil to smoking on first use then turn heat down

mix all the ingredients together form patties put into freezer for an hour then fry in mustard oil.
