Ingredients

1 canpineapple tidbits (drained)
1fresh mango (peeled, cored and diced)
1 mediumfresh cucumber (peeled and diced)
1 mediumpurple onion (diced) 1-2 fresh jalapenos (seeds removed and finely diced)
1juice and zest from 1 lime
1/4 cupchopped fresh cilantro
1salt and pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients in medium size bowl.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight.

Toss gently with a fork just before serving to redistribute juices.
