1 lbbaby portobello mushrooms, sliced
1 tbspbutter
1 tbspsteak seasoning (I used Montreal)
3 tbsphalf and half

In medium nonstick skillet, place butter and mushrooms. Sprinkle with steak seasoning and cover.

Cook over medium high 15 minutes.

Turn heat to low. Add half and half and cover. Cook 5 additional minutes.
