Ingredients

1/2kg liver
  1. 1onion
  2. 2tomatoes
  3. 1Chilly cube

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash the liver in cold water

  2. 2

    Boil it in low steam for 20 mins

  3. 3

    Pour the water and wash it again with cold water

  4. 4

    Fry ringed cut onions to colden brown colour

  5. 5

    Add tomatoes and cook for 3mins

  6. 6

    Add the boiled liver

  7. 7

    Add dhania

  8. 8

    Steam for 5 mins and served it hot with rice or ugali
