Ingredients

10 servings
  • 9 mediumpotatoes
  • water to boil potatoes
  • 2 cupshredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 1/2 cupextra sharp cheddar cheese shredded
  • 2 cupwhole milk
  • 15 1/2 ozevaporated milk
  • 1 tspsalt
  • chopped parsley for garnish
  • 2 tbspcornstarch
  • 1/4 cupwater

Steps

    Boil the water

  2. 2

    Peel wash and dice the potatoes. Cook the potatoes till fork tender drain.

    Heat milk, and shred the cheeses. Add to hot milk. Stir till melted and incorporated into milk

    Mix water and cornstarch. Add to milk and cheeses

  5. 5

    Stir in potatoes mix well. Garnish with parsley
