Take 1 liter full cream milk and make it to boil for Rabdi.

Stair the milk so it can't stick to the bottom.

Take another 1 lit milk. Take a boil to it.

Add lemon juice. Stair it. Make paneer. Wash it with water and hang it for 20 min. Excess water of the paneer will go out.

Take a deep pan add 1 lit of water and 400 gram sugar.Bring out to the boil.

Soften the paneer with the palm. Make big flat shape pade from it. Put this pedas into boiling sugar syrup.Put a lid on it so it will become lil more big and spongy.

In your Rabdi add 200 gram sugar, cardamom powder, saffron strends. Remove the sponge balls of rasmalai from the sugar syrup and add them to the Rabdi.
