Sabse pehle onion ko aur green chillies ko barik kat le.curry leaves ko wash kar ke barik kate.

Ab ek bowl me atta,onion, green chillies,curry leaves,salt aur sbhi masale dale.ab apne accordingly desi ghee dal ke soft atta ready karein.aur 1hour ke liye side rakh de.

Ab tave ko garam karein.aur atte ki loi le kar round shape ka parantha bel le.

Ab ghee lagakar dono taraf se sek le.

Apne hisab se knife se paranthe ko shape de ap chahe to round bhi sakte hai.

Serving plate me parantha rakhe.Curry leaves se garnishing karein.tea,Chutney ya dahi ke sath serve karein.
