2 calmond flour
4eggs
1/2 cwater (sparkling for puffier pancakes)
1/4 coil
1 tspbaking soda (or baking powder if you prefer)
1/2 tspsalt
3-4 packetsstevia (2.5 oz each)

Mix ingredients together in a blender. Let batter sit for about 15 minutes. Pour onto hot griddle or pan over medium high heat (325-350 degree F). Flip them when the edges start to dry.
