Ingredients

2 servings
  • sausages
  • 4 1/2 ozVienna sausages
  • 2 tbspolive oil, extra virgin
  • naked onion rings
  • 1/2 largeonion
  • 1seasoned salt
  • 1granulated garlic powder
  • 1 pinchpaprika
  • 1/4 tspchopped parsley
  • sauce
  • 1 1/2 tbspspicy horseradish mustard
  • 1 tbspHeinz tomato ketchup
  • 1 pinchchopped parsley

Steps

  1. 1

    Slice the onions a quarter inch, 7mm, tick

  2. 2

    Heat oil. Add sausages and get some color on them.

  3. 3

    Remove sausages from pan add sliced onion rings fry till caramelized but kinda firm in same oil.

  4. 4

    Move the onion rings to a plate. Season onion rings with, salt, paprika, garlic and parsley

  5. 5

    If your sharing and the one you sare with doesn't like the ketchup or the mustard may be too spicy don't mix. I left unmixed on the picture. Put parsley on top.
