Ingredients

  1. 1 boxVanilla Cake Mix, Sponge Cake mix preferably
  2. Banana Filling
  3. 2 eachEgg
  4. 2 tbspCorn starch
  5. 1/2 cupSugar
  6. 300 mlMilk
  7. 1 tspVanilla Extract
  8. 2 mediumRipe Banana
  9. Frosting (mix together)
  10. 3 cupSwiss Meringue Buttercream
  11. 1 tspBanana Flavoring
  12. 1Yellow Food Coloring

Cooking Instructions

    Make your cupcake as instructed behind the box.

    For filling, in a bowl, mash bananas using potato masher or fork. Then add the rest of the ingredients. Sift through a saucepan.

    Cook on low-med heat untik thicken. Don't stop whisking while cooking.

  4. 4

    Transfer to a bowl, chill in the fridge.

  5. 5

    Assembly: take a cupcake, make a hole in the middle using apple corer, then fill with banana filling. Do it for all the cupcakes.

    Lastly, frost your cupcakes with frosting and enjoy!
