Ingredients

  • 1 boxDevils food cake mix
  • 1 tspvanilla extract
  • 2 tspchai spice mix (see my other recipe)
  • 1buttercream frosting:
  • 2egg whites
  • 1/4 cupgranulated sugar
  • 1 1/2 sticksbutter (12 oz) room temp
  • 6 tbsphoney
  • 1/4 tspground cinnamon

Steps

    Set oven to 350

  2. 2

    Prepare according to cake mix directions add vanilla and chai spice.

  3. 3

    Pour batter into lined cupcake tins.

  4. 4

    Bake according to cake mix directions.

  5. 5

    Prepare buttercream by mixing all ingredients together until smooth.

  6. 6

    Frost cooled cupcakes and sprinkle with chai spice.
