Coconut Flour Flatbread. It doesn't taste like coconut.

I'm on a low carb diet, but I'm not willing to sacrifice all carbs, so I picked up a bag of coconut flour, and made myself some flatbread. This can be easily modified for sweet, as well as any savory flavor you're in the mood for. It is quick, easy, and satisfying.
