Steps

Bake & cool cake as directed on package. Remove from pan. Tear cake into bite size pieces. Line 2 loaf pans with wax paper.

Alternate Cake pieces with spoonfuls of sherbet in pans, pressing gently. Cover tightly & freeze until firm, at least 4 hrs.

Invert each loaf on serving plate. Remove wax paper. Cover & freeze until serving time.

Cut orange segments in half. Then fold into cool whip. Spread over each loaf before serving. Garnish with fresh fruit, if desired.
