Steps

Add everything to a large pot except potatoes carrots and corn filling with water until lamb shanks are just covered and simmer for 4 hours. you may want to adjust seasoning to your taste.

Remove shanks for pot and let cool then remove the meat and set aside.

Add potatoes and carrots to pot and cook until tender.

In a bowl add flour and little by little add stock stirring after each addition making a paste then add paste slowly back into stock stirring after each addition until mixed well.

Add meat and corn then simmer until 10 minutes stirring occasionally so the bottom doesnt scorch.

Serve and enjoy.
